Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd. has grown to be over 75 employees, with a management team comprised of industry professionals who are well acquainted with the intricacies of condominium management. We offer experience, success and value and our team approach to condominium management is dedicated to the delivery of service and expertise to those communities we administer.
Each executive brings two decades of first-hand condominium experience and all have at one time or another been condominium owners. This unique and shared perspective of owners and seasoned industry executives allows us to lead our condominium managers in the delivery of service to our communities. We have lectured at conferences and colleges municipally, provincially and nationally, written articles, participated with legal precedents and on request have chaired hundreds of condominium annual general meetings. In addition our president, Michael Le Page, chaired the Property Standards Committee for the City of Brampton for over a decade and currently sits on the Board of Directors of a local charity.
Most importantly, we remain available at all times to our clients and to our condominium management team, to listen, assist, guide and continually offer the benefit of our insight and experience. We learned a long time ago that successful condominium management is built on service and communication and we strive to be accessible through every means imaginable.
